French beans,
washed

fresh
coriander,
 
roughly
chopped
 
Heat
 
the
oil
 
in
 
a
large
frying pan
 
over
 
a
medium
heat.
 
Add
 
the
garlic
 
and
fry
for
 
1
minute,
stirring,
 
then
add
 
the
onions.
 
Cook
for
5 minutes,
then
add
 
the
green
chillies
 
 
and
tomatoes.
 
Mix
 
and
cook
for
another

minutes.
 
Stir
in
 
the
spices
 
and
salt,
 
then
add
 
the
potatoes
 
and
 
75ml
water.
Lower
 
the
heat,
cover
 
the
pan
 
 
and
cook
for
 
3
minutes.
 
Add
 
the
beans
 
and
cook
 
for
 
15
 
20 minutes
more,
until
 
the
potatoes
 
are
cooked
 
through.
Stir
through
 
the
coriander
 
just
before
serving.
