The
World
Scout
Jamboree
takes place
every
four
years.
Young
scouts
 
get
involved
in
different
outdoor activities.
They
include
white water
rafting,
climbing,
 
and
mountain
climbing.
 
The
event
aims
 
to
help
young people
 
to
develop
leadership
 
and
social
skills.
Scouts
are
also
encouraged
 
to
 
get
involved
in conversations
 
and
learn
more
about
other
cultures.
 
This year
marks the World
Scout
Jamboree's
24th
anniversary.
More
than
 
45,000
young people
from
 
152
different
countries
come
together
 
to
take part.
The jamboree
 
is
being held
in
West Virginia
in
 
the
US.
