Preheat
oven

butter

mixing
bowl
Beat
until
soft

zest

beat

sugar
 
and
beat
until
soft
 
Sift
 
the
flour
 
and
ground
rice
into
 
the
bowl
 
and
mix
to
 
a
smooth
paste.
Press
 
the
paste
onto

baking tray
 
and
shape

cm
circle
 
Prick
with
 
a
fork
 
and
 
mark

pieces

knife.
 
Sprinkle

sugar
Bake
for

35 minutes
